Job Description / Duties:
- Primary Care/Chronic Disease diagnosis and management. Longitudinal care
Reason for opening (adding or replacing):
- Growing population and need to expand access
Joining other providers? If so how many?
- Working only side Primary Care physician in a Physician/APP team to manage a panel of patients assigned.
Days/hours/shifts/weekends/Call:
- M-F 8-5pm/ no weekends/Call for Practice as a while 1-3 nights per month.
Locale/Locales practicing at:
- Coachella Valley – Locations TBD
Comp Range:
- $70-$75/hr
EMR:
- NextGen
Patients a day:
- 12-15
Full-time / Benefited:

- $4K CME annually
