Job description / Duties:
- Primary duties will be to be a clinical provider in our practice evaluating and treating patients for neurological conditions. Note, roughly 70% of our practice is headache and migraine, but we also see Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, concussions... Also, we will want the candidate to also be a Sub Investigator on our Research Trials - this would be maybe 10-15% of their duties.

Joining other providers? If so how many? currently three.
Days/hours/shifts/weekends/Call? M-F, 8-5.
Comp Range? Market Rate.
Any Bonus structure? Yes, volume based.
EMR? AdvancedMD.
Patients a day? 10-20.
Full time / benefited? Yes, FT, W2, full benefits package, 401K, paid time off, paid parking...
